At Korantive Library, we respect our users’ privacy and provide a way for users to permanently delete their accounts and associated data.
How to Delete Your Account
To delete your Korantive Library account:
Open the Korantive Library app.
Sign in to your account.
Go to your account settings.
Select Delete Account.
Follow the instructions to confirm your request.
Once confirmed, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted.
What Information Is Deleted?
Deleting your account removes the personal information and reading data associated with it, including:
Your name and email address.
Your account credentials.
Your saved reading progress.
Your account-related preferences and personalized information.
Request Account Deletion by Email
If you cannot access your account, you may request deletion by emailing admin@korantive.org.
Please use the subject line Korantive Library – Account Deletion Request and provide the email address associated with your account so we can locate it and verify your request.
